I didn’t start thinking about this because I was searching for purpose.
I started noticing it because people kept describing the same feeling in different ways.
They weren’t lost.
They weren’t unmotivated.
Their lives often looked fine from the outside.
But inside, something didn’t fully line up.
They could make decisions, but not always feel settled in them.
They could move forward, but still feel slightly disconnected from where they were going.
They could understand what mattered to them, yet feel like life wasn’t fully reflecting it.
It wasn’t a lack of answers.
It was a lack of coherence.
Over time I started noticing that when different parts of a person’s life began supporting each other, this feeling shifted on its own.
Nothing dramatic changed.
But decisions felt simpler.
Relationships felt more natural.
Direction stopped feeling like something to invent and started feeling like something to recognize.
That’s what led me to create the SOUL guide.
It explores how alignment actually forms between your body, perception, environment, and actions, and why meaning tends to emerge naturally when those parts begin to move together.
Not to give you a purpose.
Just to help you see what allows life to start feeling like yours to live.
